Recordings Pending

Below is a list of recordings awaiting collation and upload onto the Seamus Heaney Centre Digital Archive (SHCDA). For the purposes of preparing the first version of the SHCDA, the cut-off date for inclusion of recordings was December 31st, 2008. However, anticipating that the archive might develop beyond the remit of a PhD project, the recording of poetry readings has continued.
The following will be incorporated into the SHCDA if funding can be found to secure the archive’s future. We believe the list lends weight to such an ambition.
In a limited number of instances (especially those of donated recordings), inclusion of the recording is subject to gaining the appropriate permissions.
